SHARM - EL - SHEIKH

I am going to Egypt just looking for relax. This is my first trip completely organized by a travel agency. My accomodation is in Hotel Rosetta Tropicana, a very nice resort.

But I cannot just lie under the sun, I have to do some activities. I do a rally in the desert with a quad, and it is very exciting.

Another day I decide to do a snorkeling excursion to Tiran Island. On the way to the island we run up to big waves and many people feel sick.

The night life in Naama Bay is very nice, egyptian people are nice, even if sometime they bother you too much, trying to sell them products and souvenirs. In bar you can taste good tea and smoke shisha (waterpipe).

With Natalya, a russian girl, we also go to visit the Old Market.

I have time also for an excursion to Coloured Canyon. The canyon has different colours of sandstone, providing a spectacular view when the sun lightens the rocks.

There are still many excursion that I would like to do in Sharm, as Saint Catherine's Manastery, the ascent to mount SInai, camel safary and beduin dinner, etc. So, maybe next time...
